Cash Crawford; a name, face and voice you won’t forget. She caught the attention of Canadian Idol back in 2008 when she soared through the competition blowing the judges out of the water, as a semi finalist. “Cash’s control, power, and overwhelming presence put her at the top in this competition”- Canadian Idol Judges.

 

Since then, she has been writing and recording with Producer Jeff Johnson (Wes Mack, Rod Black, Austin Belle) and together they performed their co-written song 'Harrison Road' at the 2014 CCMA SOCAN Songwriters panel, alongside artists including Keith and Renne, Codie Prevost, Emily Reid, Troy Kokol, Wes Mack, The Command Sisters, Rod Black, Dan Swinmer and Victoria Banks. The song was very well received, reinforcing them on their project and plans to proceed in the studio with her debut EP.


Their studio team is comprised of talented individuals, including CCMA Guitarist of the Year, Darren Savard, lap steel player Bruce Bouton (Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire), and BCCMA and CCMA Producer of the Year Nominee, Scott Cook (Dallas Smith, Chad Brownlee, Florida-Georgia Line). Cash has also been recognized for her duo with Theo Tams “Beyond the Mountain” in 2012, and received the Singer/Song-Writer of the Year Award at the Toronto Independent Music Awards.

 

Cash’s first single “Gypsy Heart” was released November 12th, 2013. In promotions while showcasing her new single and EP, Cash was asked to open for Country star Dallas Smith at the 2013 Grey Cup Weekend for the Gregg Zaun Grey Cup Charity Bash.

 

Cash has worked alongside many artists touring, writing and backing vocals including Hedley, Swollen Members, Kyprios, Bruce Bouton, Chris Cadell, Kylee Epp, The Matinée, Theo Tams, One Bad Son, Paul Laine, Shaad, and Nick Czarnogorski to name a few.

Cash currently resides in Nashville, TN where she performs multiple nights a week on the famous Broadway Strip, amoung the best of the best in country music!
